Palesi winery lies at the heart of a project that the Albergo family has been nurturing for years. In 2016 the family took over the management of Masseria Palesi and embarked on a long and complex journey to enhance the historical, artistic, and natural heritage it preserves, while restoring its original agricultural vocation.
Even when life’s challenges put them to the test, the owners continued to nurture this vision with determination, fully aware that such a path would require time, patience, and unwavering commitment.

Seven years after planting the first vines, years in which the soil was carefully studied and analyzed by experts to establish a fully organic cultivation system, the family obtained the official certification and in January 2023 inaugurated a completely new, high-tech space to house the Winery.
From the encounter between innovation and tradition comes the first line of organic wines that tell a story that weaves together the aromas of the Valle d’Itria with the family’s history and its passion for this magnificent part of the world.

Cantine Palesi is the new, highly technological and sustainable space within Masseria Palesi dedicated to winemaking, an opportunity to restore the estate’s authentic agricultural vocation. At the core of the project lies the winery, a cornerstone of the Albergo family’s long-term dedication to an eco-conscious approach. Respect for the earth and its natural rhythms – slow living – is the guiding principle of the Winery’s organic production, which promises quality, sustainability, and an unforgettable sensory experience.

The winery has been designed as a high-tech yet sustainable space, offering a cool environment with constant humidity and temperature levels to provide the ideal conditions for the ageing process. Ancient and modern elements converse without overshadowing one another, working together toward the same goal: restoring the bond between humans and the land.
